When the Oklahoma City Bombing Memorial was opened to the public, I was moved to write this on it's anniversary.

How Many Wings Were Traded In?

How many wings were traded in
when the Oklahoma City Bombing happened?
Traded in for the lives that were saved,
For the lives that were changed.
How many wings were traded in?

They say that, when a bell rings an Angel
gets his wings.

How many wings were traded in,
To calm and relax all those who were
waiting to hear the news; to give strength
from within?

How many wings were traded in?
The Day JESUS CRIED the same TEARS,
As those who were left behind.
All the wings were TRADED IN !
