Living with fear; living in fear; living to fear, fear fear fear. what kind of life is this?

FEAR
I see plenty of you around
Where have you come from?
Leave me alone FEAR

You are living with me FEAR
You are sharing life with me
You are eating me up in pieces

This country is torn out by war
It is a nation ruled by warlords
It is where you breed comfortably

Tribe is your breeding ground, fear
It is where you are hatched, fear
In large quantities you are produced

Children walk in the midst of bombs
In cross shooting they are caught up
Schools are not spared from attacks

Unless I find a government
I can't get rid of you, fear
Get out of my way FEAR

It is sad that you and your family have to live under such circumstance. Hope things will improve for the better. Living in fear is no living at all.

Excellent write...fear is behind prejudice and war. You and your family are ever in my prayers.

I wish that you could find a way to move your family out of your war-torn land, Abdi-Noor. Fear is like a nasty virus that grows and grows until there is no way to combat it. I hope and pray that there will be a solution soon, but with each passing day, the possibility seems to fade more and more. Excellent, heart-rendering poem!
Take care,
Sherry

Excellent ! Fear is the motivating factor in most acts of cowardice.
