Beauty comes to me
In the little things
Like the first song
Of the morning birds
Greeting the day
Or the laughter of a little child
At play.
The tenderness of an infant
New to the world
Wide Eyed
Discovering the world around him.
Beauty comes to me
In so many little ways.
Bringing joy in it's place.

| i like to think of heightened awareness as a sign of evolution... we're all on our way to places we've never been. you've captured the 'big within the small' beautifully. |

Michelle,
When we can look around us and take pleasure in the little things, we have been blessed beyond measure. One of the greatest joys I have experienced is reading your lovely, heartfelt poetry. Beautifully penned! BRAVA!
(((HUGS))) and love, Karla.
And having you as a friend is another great blessing--thank You, God. :) |

Michelle~
What a beautiful, inspiring piece; very well done yet again! BRAVA!
(((HUGS))) and much love, your friend in Tx., Karen Lynn. :D
Daddy update: daddy going to rehab center for physical therapy (week to ten days); he is feeling much better (no pneumnonia or bladder infection); spirits much improved! hopefully he will then be home for good!
also, life for us is much better: job at fire mountain is going along, we now concentrate mostly on the plates (making sure they are clean, putting 'em on the line when they are low, so customers can have acces to them when they come to dine!), cleaning family/women's restrooms every so often. working nearly 40 hours a week, am tired!! but it is a good tired! :) thanks for all the prayers; they really came in handy! :) |
