The picture is the words my great uncle has engraved on the back of his tombstone.

Numbers and dates
No time and place
Nothing but numbers on a stone
That's all that is left after you're gone
Most people don't see what is obvious to me
Numbers and dates is everyones destiny
So I say this to you
Be tried and be true
Live life to it's fullist while you have it to live
Don't be afaid to take just be sure that you give
For in the end you only have a single life to live
So live each day like tomorrow will never be
Make the most of life and make it happy
No one knows what may happen tomorrow
For our time on this earth is borrowed
So be sure to use it the best way you know how
For you never know if the end could be now
Numbers and dates
No time and no place
Words written on a cold gray stone
Those are the memories left after you're gone

A truly beautiful poem, written with sensitivity to a brave adn honest soul. Words written maybe a hundred years agostill inspire this generation. God bless such souls. They are indeed gems.
