“From beasts we scorn as soulless,
In forest, field, and den,
The cry goes up to witness
The soullessness of men.”

M. Frida Hartley

Spring will soon be arriving in the vast state of Alaska

This pup’s parents already brutally murdered from the sky

Will you sign the petition to end this aerial wolf slaughter

From the depths of your soul can you hear this baby cry?

Although I truly love visiting this majestic wilderness

I won’t journey to my favorite place in the world again

Until our government finally agrees to stop this slaughter

Until this brutally savage annihilation of earth’s animals ends

Since the Governor of Alaska callously reinstituted aerial wolf hunting

Over 400 timber wolves have now been shot down from the Alaskan sky

And the Secretary of the Interior does absolutely nothing to stop this madness

From the depths of your soul can you hear all of earth’s ravaged creatures cry?

Please Help Stop The Slaughter

Before It’s Much Too Late

Please Help Stop This Modern Madness

Earth’s Animals Have No Time Left to Wait

I would love joining you to sign this petition. Man shall not get mercy from above unless he gives mercy to those on earth... An Islamic hadith from prophet Mohammed.

(((((Ed, ))))) it breaks my heart what is happening on earth, the whispers, screams of those hunted down. We must pray ( not talkin religion prayer) but look within up above for this earth purpose..Your heart is so huge. I do know one thing very positive, I do mean positive in that it is indicated by many the great teachers that indeed heaven will be a place to all creation including the most beautiful timber wolves..Thank god that earth is just va blink of the eye And zi used to swear by reancarnation but I don't anymore. We' know everything that grand day of that almost blinding white light Hugs and rainbows I send you..and I sign the petition...

Signed it Ed! Thanks for sharing! It makes me irate to think these leaders will never learn that killing is not the way to solve everything! They take the easy way out and get perks for it! Shame on them all!

My husband and I will both be signing immediately. Once again, the governor of Alaska needs to be shut down. What a shame that this has turned into an annual event. Thanks for bringing it up again, Ed.

This is a horrid event practiced by pathetic, cowardly, little men and women not worthy of the title of "human." I do know that I'd like to watch these "hunters" go one on one with a wolf in unarmed combat and see how long they last. Instead they have to do it from 500 ft above with automatic rifles... I can't think of anything bad enough to say...

I do hear the cries and I have signed the petition on another site I visit where I also learned that people with enough money can "hunt" animals that are fenced in for their sick games..Thank You for being a strong voice for those without one!

It seems they never learn from experience, after re-introducing wolves in other northern states, you would think they had learned their lesson. Meddling with the natural order of things will be man's ultimate downfall.
