You are always near,
Even when you are not here...

Saw you but a few hours past,

My love for you will forever last,

I tried to go to sleep, in my bed I did lay,

But I cannot get you out of my head,

Since the time that you left today…

Our time together like gold,

I hope I never get for you too old,

To even see you on the internet, I feel consoled,

Our lives touch even at a distance,

You are for me my very existence…

I feel so warm when you are near,

I know nothing of nor do I experience fear,

Of you I will forever and always revere,

I love you my dear most sincere…

This is a special poem, tender and has Rene written all in it! Her smile is worth a thousand words, Ed! Be well, you and Rene. Love to you both.
