One Must Care
Within the corridors of your mind,
living in a land of lonesome dreams,
caught in the empty passage of time,
with so many self-indulgent schemes..
Child like thoughts of tomorrow,
thinking of only our-self to please,
can bring so much pain and sorrow,
in the end, we will fall to our knees.
For life, itself, is for us all to share,
it’s essences, abounds in true love,
to grasp the depth, you must care,
a true gift from the heavens above.
Inner feelings, create the passion,
our hearts burning with the fire,
mindful of our human compassion,
souls consumed, filled with desire.
To enjoy this life, one must give,
surviving in the blowing sand,
cherishing every moment we live,
wander endlessly across this land.

We all must look at our hearts and find the compassion to care a little more than we do. Let's all do away with apathy.
I admire your write.

Spot on!! Thank you for the reminder. As you say, we are
surviving in blowing sand. Nothing makes sense but to seize
the moment. Make the moment precious by giving and allowing
others to give in return. Blessings always, 'Pea' <3 |
