We were born cousins and we were taught to love one another.
We grew up and had some troubles, but as we grew older we learned the true gift of family.
We let pety things get in the way of the bond that we had held so tightly as we grew up, but the time came when Nonna passed on, the rock of our family and suddenly we realized we needed to be close.
Nonna's death in a big way brought us close together once again. And we learned the importance of family, and family love, and we knew that those ties stayed with us for life, no matter what.
Our childhood is long gone, some of our dreams have faded while others have grown, we've moved on with our lives, said goodbye to our childhood's, and now you have a family of your own, but through all of this we will remain cousins, and I believe friends.
Happy Birthday Ree...
