A dream returned today
Thought it was lost forever
Dreams are thoughts and wishes
Some we let go with pleasure
Those we call a nightmare
Been there done that before
This dream was a fullness
A treasure never ever ignored
Quietly stored in my attic
With thoughts where old love lives
This one was my treasure
It lived on in heartfelt tears
I thought it lost forever
Hidden in a trunk of old dreams
It popped up again with pleasure
A beam of love on heart strings
My eyes were glazed from passages
When a hand reached out without speaking
He'd searched his dreams like I did
Then found what his heart was seeking
From old dreams comes the magic
The one fermenting til now
When a dream walks in unexpected
Then turns my world upside down.

It's worthwhile to venture to that old trunk every once in awhile to pull out a new dream. Some are framed, some are wrapped in an old Victorian lace handkerchief, some are scrapbooks with sepia-toned photographs, and some are scented with musty old romantic spirits who played the dancehalls! Enjoy your born-again dream, Susan!

It's truly marvelous when that happens, Susan.

Dreams are true, all else is illusion. It took a thousand centuries to reverse mankind's perception on this matter which is not matter. It required an equal amount of time and an infinite measure of energy to undo the energy that is contained within dreams. But today slowly, gradually and unstoppably and increasing number of souls seem to find their way back to where our souls were conceived - in the powerful dream of Love.

I like Amira and Jerry's comments below on this one...:)
" Expect the Unexpected " is always a good motto in reliving dreams, suffice to say those past experiences were an integral part of our make up, in getting us to where we are now !
The beaitiful artwork compliments the nostalgic pen eloquently

A living dream. Ah Mr. Sandman. :)
Every person who ever treasured a dream knows that when the unexpected happens, the earth is suppose to move. The entire world changes on a heart beat. Every breath opens a door.
