How many of you that sit and judge us
Have ever walked the streets of Bakersfield?
Enter here to allow us to implement your devil-woman genuis.
Rebellious eccentrics since birth.
The one shows you with her erotic illustrations and sexy stories!
The other one shows you with her hot poetry in costume, boots, hat, leather, beads, feathers, black, cloaks, capes, bows, and arrows!
Writing and illustrating is just something we do to stage an epic erotic battle with the thousand toy women soldiers we have accumulated.
The dramas we perform have those lesbian musketeers roasting wienies over fire!
From the time we were old enough to hold pens and paintbrushes, we've always held the stage, rebelled to establish our own artistic visions.
Our writings and illustrations fit into society's niche and they are not missed by anybody.
We are writing and illustrating all that is pulling in all the world.
Stalkers and short-sighted critics, senile babblings, and self-exploiting snobs assault our work, they say, "floods of unbeautiful and uninspired rubbish!"
We'll draw a woman with her legs spread and write about how it tastes!
We will not corrupt your grandchildren, we are earthy with broad humor, fierce, sexy, independent, and intelligent.
We have intense self-discipline. Our brilliant minds mirror interest in new ideas and help open the cocoon to the out world.
How many of you that sit and judge us
Have ever walked the streets of Bakersfield?
Enter here to allow us to implement your devil-woman genuis.

| the verve and zeal of this poem opens the eyes and stimulates the imagination ... lead the way to reveal diversity and let the ignorant dwell in their own judgemental ignorance ... |

Dearest Sage
Great question... and yes, I have walked briefly the streets of Bakersfield in 1994! Stayed over night from San Fran en route to Las Vegas! Such a special time!
Powerful poem, I especially love:
"...We have intense self-discipline. Our
brilliant minds mirror interest in new
ideas and help open the cocoon to
the out world..."

Sage,
I know you are not a Christian; but even our Bible tells us not to judge. "Judge not, lest ye be judged."
An excellent write, very well penned, with a question that demands an honest answer. Thank you!
(((HUGS))) and love, Karla. |

| Most sit and judge, which is the problem with the world. This has the feeling for a bit of women cowgirls like Annie Oakley, etc. I found this interesting because it was at times funny, angry, and loving- the first two and the last two verses would really make a good short poem(with more in the middle) with shorter and cleaner lines, because those lines are so strong, they could be heartbreaking with simple, clean lines driving the point home without too much literalism. I always enjoy your writing because it makes me think and you are so real in your writing, I am sure this scares off some because they are fake and, yes, judgemental. But that is just the kind of people that should not matter to you anyway. |

"How many of you

Have ever walked the

Good question, Sage; it can be applied on a universal scale as well. Thank you for sharing this offering. Love and peace to you,

Sage
The glorious, creative street you are on is paved with gold and silver inspiration....:)
The secret is to remain ultra confident and sanguine in your own abilities and judgement...
Nothing else matters in the final analysis !
Remain true to yourself dear one...:)
Love and Light
