" The Way to Heaven is to be found within your Soul "

........................................................................................

I was searching for that that was lost today

deep within the realms and chambers of my soul

a simple link betwixt the past and the present

but oh how it meant so much to me

a tangible connection with my dearest thoughts

means much more than a billion words could say

so meticulously I retraced my steps and ways

the process of  gentle elimination is the key to it all

a little piece of crumpled paper, with decorations of you and me

remnants and residues that resonate in our hearts

seperating the good from the bad

ushering in the light of discernment and tact

that scans the darkest recesses of my mind

and uncovers all my vulnerabilities and sensitivities

that may conceal any traces of hidden pride and ego

for to remain objective in the face of adversity

puts the demons of fear to full flight

and gives the injured soul, so much succour and delight

gathering in the qualities of equilibrium and balance

we can kickstart our lives again

brimming with supreme confidence

with regenerative streams and rivulets

of all consuming and radial love

Harmony is found in the soul. It is where we find the peace the outside world doesn't give to us no matter how hard we look. It's inside and your verse Peter ...it is a map... if only those who seek themselves will read.

Superbly powerful write Dear Peter!
Your opening quote says it all: "The Way to Heaven is to be found within your Soul"
And I love: "..the process of gentle elimination is the key to it all.."
And, "..to remain objective in the face of adversity puts the demons of fear to full flight and gives the injured soul, so much succor and delight gathering in the qualities of equilibrium and balance..." Equanimity rules ... the middle way is the balanced way!
Love your deep heartfelt, introspective poem offering sacred wisdom!

(((Peter ))) you have such a divine way about your inner true reflections that it gives the reader a frozen in time, profound oneness with healing, grace, mercy, love and the awareness of your consciousness centered in light, love and forever harmony. Dear man you are so ultra conscious in spirit and in mind. Your wisdom comes from the great master thinkers. The reader sees such a profound heart of gold you have and how deeply articulate you are about the spiritual side of seeing and feeling, yet it being silent and seen only through the heart…This piece speaks so deeply profound in me. You have such a way of taking a memory and painting it with such intensity of heavenly grace. This piece shows that your very attuned to the beauty of love and it’s all forms of endearing senses of all kinds of love. It is simply gorgeous and stated so precious. This as like all your forms of your beautiful poetry writes are gifted with that sense of knowing what is right, is definitely light. Thank you Peter for this stunning write. Keep them coming for a long time..
