The moving finger writes; and having writ, moves on: nor all thy piety nor wit shall lure it back to cancel half a line nor all thy tears wash out a word of it."

  Omar Khayyam

.....................................................................................................

The swallows, swifts and house martins have returned again

back to their summer houses in the sun

a round trip of ten thousand miles

they know love has no bounds

and the parameters of sentiment are fluid

I quietly reflect, and muse on the future

knowing the die has been cast from the start

all those preambles and false dawns

were just a precursor to you

and like the spider spins his web

with wondrous gossamer threads

and swifter than the peregrine falcon can fly

with flapping and whirring wings

you have spread your encompassing magic

deep within this tender man's heart

for all my life I have wondered

just how love would really feel

would it sweep me off my feet

and spin me just like a carousel

or is it just a beguiling reflection of infatuation

a fleeting ghost and phantom still

all I know is that love is indefinable

there is no golden rule

and like the ant that scales the hill

there is another one that will fail

but you sweetheart came unannounced

straight out of the vast blue sky

catching me quite unawares

just like lightning strikes the ground

and now the answers are all delivered

by an angel who carries your name

AAaaawwwwwwww.. This deeply speaks to me..Yes true love is spiritual and has no reins of the empty carnal. It is endless, never judging, never taking it's love away, never jealous, always gives, always HOPES, always patient, always the closest as our Lord And Saviour, who put His life down for His best friends.. {{{{I get real teary here with smiles }}} I'm speechless....

"The swallows, swifts and house martins have returned again

Indeed Love knows no bounds and it completely removes the yoke of fear that keeps the human heart inprisoned in itself. Love is the untaming of the heart, the free souls greatest gift, and the spirit of life pounding furiously in the world longing to touch another heart with the gladness, peace and joy that is uncomparable to any other grace we are give in this earth.
