Springs Better Half

Deep within our hidden heartspace
Where we go to feel things out
Making sure to keep a straight face
Leaving no room left for doubt
We delve truths put to the test
Buried sometimes many years
We begin our hunt in earnest
Hoping to control the fears
Shedding light can be a problem
If past wrongs have been surpressed
Hoping memories relieve them
When they're finally undressed
Full exposure helps the cause
Making sure of matters core
Nothing gained by cowardly pause
Fresh air waits, outside the door
