"Trying to talk to a nut on the Internet / Is the most futile exercise conceived of yet"

On the Sword We Live By

He would singlehandedly save the republic
Except for the fact he cannot catch the public
Eye (ay ay ay): he was not born to be a star

When playing at poetry he is at his worst
He will not be the last as he is not the first
To find himself deluded by ego in vain

And (oops) here comes another monster hurricane
To blow his party line away and rearrange
The climate of his thinking on our climate change

(Poor man! No one will tell you what a fool you are)
Trying to talk to a nut on the Internet
Is the most futile exercise conceived of yet

Those who sit in judgment find themselves judged instead
When ideology
Becomes idiocy

Assuming and presuming until life is dead
As we live so we die
On the sword we live by

These are wise words, my friend. Thanks for the reminder about "fools" and how pointless it is to "discuss" with them. I've got better things to do. Love and peace to you,

So very true, when speaking to fools, you'll talk till you're blue!

Incopetancy and ignorance seem to go hand in hand and as the internet has opened the world to the artist, writer etc of genius calibre it has also opened the world to the ignorant and hate mongers among us in this world.

Steven I agree with you. Talking to someone on the interenet who judges others, and will not bend to sage advice, is a VERY futile exercise.

Judgement is reserved for the Lord on the final day of judgement, and for no one else. But yet, there are all kinds of people who will sit in judgement of other human beings, and then call themselves "Christian".

You have said it very well here dear brother and I so agree to that whatever measure we give on earth, will be given to us ten times in Heaven.

May the Lord Jesus bless you, and those whom you love, and be with you always, and at your side constantly. With much love in my heart, joy to the world, peace on earth, & ((((((((((MANY WONDERFUL SISTERLY HUGGGGSSSS)))))))))), your little sister, Barbie

You have a point there, judge not, for who are we to judge?
Thoughtprovoking! Thanks Steve! Safi

Hi Steve:

I agree with you totally. No one has the right to judge another...

regardless of another's nationality, and financial status.
