Surrender is always frightening. Whether to the current or love. Even this tortoise's powerful legs can't fight a strong current.
All she can do is let it carry her. Concentrated power, Sara...

ohhh
this poem and pic are so symbolic
the shell protects the soft turtle body
and its diving deep
deep into love
wonderful blend, I try to do that with my posts too
some people get it, some don't
but I do enjoy finding mysterious, and symbolic combinations
lol just to entertain ..........me

I hope your dreams come true Sara

Well.
Sara.
I know you're not writing about me.
But dreams are good, you know.
Thank you for sharing this.
It provoked a huge reaction in me.
Love and peace and all good things to you,
Regis
I'd never ever frighten you. |

| The image is vivid and compeliing; your words are even more so. This piece is like a guilty whisper of the heart an it's courageous for that. |

Wonderful painting! It looks so real that at first I thought it was a photo.!
Wonderful poem as well for these three lines cam tell so much of a story that could have been told in so many ways. It is like an opening of a story to be told, and there are many ways to tell this story.
Both the poem and the painting are very creative!
