Pleasing man instead of God won't get you very far.

You can measure the length of my skirt all day,

But if Iím a backbiting gossip, it doesnít matter anyway.


It doesnít matter if my hair is nappy or straight-

If God says Iím beautiful, then that makes me great.


Just stare at my earlobe to see if itís pierced or not-

If Iím lying like itís going out of style, the lake of fire is what Iíve got.


The bottom line is, whether my clothes are new or tattered,

It is how God judges me that really matters.
