This is a very good romantic and passionate write about two souls on the path of life. There is a "however" tho.
However, love means different things to different people, but mostly it is good in their experiences. Then there are those that have no love, have never known true love, and have only had love in the form of being tolerated. L O V E is a four letter word, without meaning to some. May we all find that love, and hope that love will find us.
Thanx for sharing Chanti.
May the Lord Jesus bless you, and those whom you love, and be with you always, and at your side constantly. With much love in my heart, joy to the world, peace on earth, & ((((((((((MANY WONDERFUL SISTERLY HUGGGGSSSS)))))))))), your little sister, Barbie

| A very mature write, coming from the wisdom of a woman who has made peace with the past, and is ready to embark on a journey to her future happiness. I read it twice, and am going to keep it to remind me of what's important as well. Wonderful work Chanti. You never fail to inspire me. Much love from your friend Michelle |

| Sails of love trimmed for venture and conquest of all of life's unforeseen and unknown peaks and troughs, this is a delightful avowal of commitment to the future and to forging a path of togetherness through it - notwithstanding ignorance or misunderstanding. Honesty is the vessel you sail in, Chanti, and, as such is pretty much unsinkable, whatever the weathers bring. I wish you sunshine and fair winds always, but also know that many waters are not crossed without the odd squall or two, for which you sound amply prepared! :)) You are both Captain and Crew and your voice in this most beautiful of love poems is assured. Just ADORE your penultimate stanza! Bless you both. Gorgeous pic. TY Kate xx |

Excellent poem Chanti, so much of what you written has a deep resonance with me. Once again things didn't turn out for the best in my latest romantic endevour. However, there is much I can take from your words. All the very best to You and Eddy, I hope the future is filled with joy and happiness for you both.

Funny how, as TOGETHER NOW points out, love insists on being its own logic and passion refuses to dress itself up in reason. A great read.

The choices we make is a word in each of these lines. Universally, our attitudes and actions combine to form your sentences, Chanti. You've allowed our collective characters to create paragraphs which quickly grow into pages and chapters of our lives. Together Now is something I would like to carry with me through the storms of life. A validating, well-qualified poet we have in you, Chanti!
