For THIS I got out of bed at 7AM...! LOL

Was it the dog or me,

We are both one in the same,

As well neither of us does seem to care,

Should I be happy or of this should I be scared…?J

We live life together,

Him though sometimes on a tether,

This has to be as he chases creatures of a feather,

Me, on the other hand does seem to be, of late, into leather…J

He does sleep at my feet,

Though I wish him next to me,

In the winter he keeps me warm,

In the summer, I don’t allow around him the bugs to swarm…J

We take care of each other,

Kinda like a mother and brother,

Don’t ask which is which,

As in that case we are both interchangeable,

Sometimes I, but most times he does squat in the woods &/or in a ditch…J

Lovely and funny and yet, so true if you really love your dog. Already loved the title and the picture, before we even started to read.

I was nearly afraid to read this when I saw the title but you pulled it out of the mire, Ed and delivered a very funny write.
Take care,

I do so enjoy the levity this morning Ed. One of the positives here at AD that I can count you and Rufuz will bring a smile to enrich my day. You have a pat on the back from me and a kiss on the nose for Rufuz.

Dude, what a picture to wake up to! Don't go blaming Rufuz for your horn blasts; it just isn't polite. :)
