A Kodak Moment

You stand there on the mossy ground a dampness in the air
You can't believe this feeling...the surgence of a dare
You look over your shoulder as if to witness me
I wasn't there just then my love...as now, I am...to be
Your eyes they search the camera lens, a sideward glance of charm
A look that bids the me to dance and flow within your arms
The wish is there when I was here...the faith was born affaire'
You stood on mossy ground just when, I am...but wasn't there
I'm in the bid your eyes did claim...I dwelt inside your heart
I was the one that hummed in you not just a friend or lark
I am...I say...I will with you, I can redeem your love
I shall lie in you til then...when pushing comes to shove
You stand alone but in your eyes...my shadow sways to dance
It was ago when you stood there and offered up the chance
Come here you bade the camera bold...come whomever you be
Come take this pain and offer up the chance to love with me
I did then and since my love...I dwelt inside your soul
And now you come alive for me and in my heart you fold
You're who I need...the one I pine and yearn and ache for years
The difference in the heart of old and now the new is here.

Had to be there. Had this Kodiac moment once myself. I was in the Alaska wilderness and...

The camera sees what's in your soul?

Gripping and interesting write looking back at the way love develops and the comparison of the captured picture frames to captured sensations of desire is creative and filled with passion. Wonderful write my dear friend.
