From my tiny window at twenty-thousand feet
pools of aqua mingle with endless rocky cliffs.
So still, my heart responds and
I reach for the steady gentle hand to my right,
tracing his lips with a knowing smile.

With each measured beat distractions fade
while reflections cradle my unspoken thoughts,
of spirited colors of an alluring sunset to
the soothing water of hypnotic melodies.

I pass by- without wings to descend
thirsty to find the beginning of the wind.
How stimulating is the landscape of the world; I thought.
Yet the scenery to the right of me leaps off the page
tracing my lips with a gentle kiss...

Well, yes! Of course that scenery to the right of you "all but leaps off the page," it would be strange if it didn't. Wonderful, kinda strange, poem of love.
