By the powers that be,

By the powers that see,

Our phones tapped,

Our president not tightly rapped…

Our freedoms challenged,

Immigrants given more,

A home, a business, everything for sure,

While we sit by and watch it like a tour…

We work towards social security,

Looking forward to it in our maturity,

Other than them watching US,

We are nothing more than obscurity…

Dear Ed,
The right idea but you bit into the red herring. Immigrants are only the slight of hand. They divert your attention while the real trick is fomented. Check out Howard Zinn's or Noam Chomsky's writings!
You fell for the cognitive conditioning. Black against white, poor against rich, up against down. Read between the rhetoric! We are a nation of immigrants and the scheme has been worked from the beginning.

There's more to this malaise than bad media...we have an administration whose priorities are both different and unfathomable. Well put, Ed.

Dear Ed,

What President recently said of his own country’s constitution, which he had publicly sworn to uphold and defend, “it’s just a g#$damn piece of paper”?

His actions have followed his words. Guess we have to give him credit for that. Yeah, right! LOL :)

We Are Strong, But We Are Fragile by Bob Mustin

A dystopian story of a world in decay, the U.S. at war with itself. But there's hope if its warring factions can talk and trust...
