Let me be your substitute,
be your lover for a day,
or just one date,
to show the world,
i have someone to call my own.'
To fool the world,
that this miserable boy,
has someone by his side,
he would fool everyone,
the pain and agony,
etched on his face wont show,
he will hide them,
like how he had always did,
under the beautifully feigned smile,
are the ugliness of hatred, jealousy and bitterness,
when the sky wears the moon as its pendant,
his tears would flow freely in the darkness,
and no one would ever find out,
the things he hid,
carefully burying them in the deepest corner of a cold thing called - heart.
