Wish this were my boat, ho, hum, maybe someday...

(many thanks to John Zimmerman for getting my fishing juices to boiling...)

Off we go,

On our boat we do go out to it show,

Just running the coast,

Trying to catch the most…

One thousand nautical the range,

The oil & plugs recently changed,

Cooling internal just like a car,

Plenty to drink with the onboard bar…

Calmly sitting on the stern,

The dolphins nuzzling their young,

A quick dip to shake off sleep,

A couple of miles off the beach,

From a distance can be heard an echo,

Of a whale song sung…
