Do not calculate the length of time you have spent in the company of the Lord's Name, and exult. Calculate rather the length of time you have wasted, away from that contact, and repent. Have that Name ever in your thoughts and you can brave any calamity.

Bhagwan Sri Sathya Sai Baba

A suspended silence permeates the slumbering forest

as I tread my way cautiously across the sphagnum moss terrain

careful not to disturb or alarm any resident creatures within my scope

coinciding my feelings with the innate harmony of the still wood

listening intently for the subtle promptings of my heart

which never fails to keep my thoughts and actions both pure and intrinsic

a red squirrel appears suddenly, skipping effortlessly across the overhead branches

teaching me that to be natural and spontaneous is the vital key

as shards of golden sunshine fragmented diffusion on the leaves

all around the brilliant phlox and foxgloves, provided a welcome spree to the eye

just then a dog fox came prowling, sniffing assiduously the downwind breeze

he didn't even notice me, as I stood stock still against a birch tree

blending into my environment, with no sudden movement or noise

heaven's gates opened up for me, while I whispered your name in grace

I am a man who leads from the front, multi faceted in my ways

and when I give my heart away, you can be sure that destiny has moved

for when I reached the fork in the trail

I heard your voice say,.... I agree

I can hear the twigs breaking under your feet, smell the moss, stop dead in my tracks at the sight of the tiny fox so alert....and from the looks of the photograph, I believe I could look into the woods outside my window and see you there on a closer walk with God. I know just the place, and I've seen the fox there.

((((Peter ))))

you always show your true soul self to your readers.. This is stunning…The gift of imagery falls in the gifts of high knowledge in the fruits of the spirit.. It simply is stunning. When we all can come to the place where our Lord Jehovah and us rein, we are gathered and guided into all kinds of rays of healing, deliverance, agape and special knowledge through the prophetic anointing.. Masterpiece! THANK YOU ANGEL!

In the calm of the forest we are closer to our Creator and he notices our prayers better I think. I am always inspired when I have the forest surrounding me too Peter. The stress of the world seems to disappear and my respect for my environment comes fuill circle. The pgoto is so green that I'm sure I've been here many times. I can smell it ....and thank you for being you Peter. Every man...needs a back him 100%...even while invisible, at his side.

It surely sounds like you have found yours! No wonder, you write such Excellent Poetry, and provide such enchanting photography....

Congratulations, on whatever mutual decision[s] you may have come to!

Makes me think of the scripture: "How can two walk together - except, they be of one accord."

Conversely, many couples walk at the same place, at the same pace, and at the same time...yet are completely... out of sync.

Well done! love & prayers Rhonda
