When teens tampers are not handled properly they feel repressed emotionally and that would lead them to aquire anti-social behaviours such as drug abuse. So sports is one way to straighten the personality and behaviou of the youth.

Teens are creatures of storm
They are unstable and restless
They are disturbed by winds of stress
They are in serach of their identity
Give them time to discover themselves
Give them a way out to release tension
Build them play fields to play sports

I believe you are right Abdi-Noor. Youth search for anchoring. The world is in chaos. Give them something to focus on. Thank you. Love and peace,

There is a whirlwind of emotions, hormones and growth going on in teenagers; keeping them focused on studies and sports as a means to a positive future are always good choices.
Take care,

Teens need directions from adults, although in many they think they do not.
