sweet serenity embrace me
let me feel your warmth again
pale as a new snow my face is
as though haunted by nightmares become reality

touched by only darkness
held by only fingerless hands
seen only by the blind
and felt by the dead

i walk alone down this path
missing freedom and happiness
feeling solitude always
my heart weeps

take me to the end of the tunnel
release me into divine peace
watch my eyes fade
do not be taken aback

Lonely and pensive is this tragic tale of woe. You have a command of the language and are able to articulate them into very readable poetry. Good.
