FRIENDSHIP IS FREEDOM


 


 


Friendship is a wonderful source of feeling free


Speak our minds and it lets us be


Who we are, with who we’re with


This, to me is one of friendships’ greatest gifts.


 


If one is trying to be funny, but not taken so,


Would want my friend to tell me so.


Not to sit and dwell and let anger rise,


To be expeditious would be wise.


 


If it’s someone you care for and you know cares for you,


Then how about some compassion in interpreting your view.


Before one gets angry, consider benefit of doubt,


And, perhaps that would help work it out.


 


But, by all means if feelings are hurt,


Talk to your friend face-to-face to straighten it out.
