My Love

constantly I seek You

thinking  it a simple quest

yet it proves to be

a lifetime's search with no rest

I sense

your Heart

your Force

your Love  true

you  still evade my heart

for shadow keeps us  apart

Ancient books and their lore

are  my sustenance

and  chore as

I  ransack my mind

trying to find

a genuine remnant of You

In one last leap

one last attempt

heart ablaze

and benevolent

I sense with  Love 's  blazing key

Your essence

within me

You are me

And I am

This I know to be true

for Your Light within me glows

expanding Love as it shows

the way to  You

familiar ...yet so new

A persistent  voice from ages past

echoes across galaxies vast

One we are and always will be

You and I ...Twin Flames free

forever drawn to one another

our entwined hearts are the rudder

steering ever toward the goal

the unison of Soul

You've captured so much energy in this spiritual duel and dance of sorts, it works on many levels, what an awesome read! Beautifully illustrated too. Kathy.

Vesna, my precious friend ...

That which you seek you will eventually find. This is more than a hope or a wish. This is something I believe to be true. May you be blessed on your journey.

Intense and powerful testiment to the power of love and the quest for perfect love. Perhaps as this poem seems to suggest it is an internal quest more so then a physical one. Regardless this is a timeless piece and I also love the graphic.

This poem has a direct correlation to my poem I posted a couple of days ago, Dust In The Wind: The Weighing Of The Feather Against The Heart Of Truth, about kicking up old papyrus manuscripts, remnants of ancient books in ancient Egypt. In my poem the unison of the soul is through the nightingale feather, Vesna....

Well, my friend, this one reads like a perfect poem, the beautifully poignant experience of eternal Love manifesting in your consciousness, the merging of the indwelling Soul with the Over Soul. Wonderful! john
