My daughter returned yesterday from vacation in Egypt. Around the Cairo metropole (where 21 million people live) you find a wide area of palmtrees that live on only 2mm or rain per year (which is less than we have on average in a day in The Netherlands). Theoretically it is impossible for the trees to survive, but they do and in abundance. Sometimes we perhaps just need to refuse to give in to the consequence certain situations seem to imply.

Light hearted but definately not frivolous write about who we are of poets and writers all. If we did not dream, think, imagine, question and embelish our day to day lifes what drab stories we would tell. You and I will always let our minds wander as we so often let our hearts do the same. I enjoyed and really related to this one my sexy Southern friend.

Oh the fruits of being human.
You are, however, like the image dear Susan, life in the midst of barrenness. Keep running deep and pure!

Susan
Your honesty and clarity speaks volumes in this one..
My Mom always used to tell me jokingly.. " Son, don't think too much...or your brains will burst..."..:)
