Coookies!

"Must......reach......coookie!"

Coookies are my main obsession
I love coookies! Scarf 'em up!
been that way since I was tiny
I love coookies! Yup, yup, yup!

Mom keeps coookies on the counter
sometimes keeps 'em in a jar
I can see 'em, I can smell 'em
but I can't reach up that far.

I can taste 'em in my daydreams
every time I take a nap
I crunch coookies by the dozens
and I savor each last scrap.

When I get to Doggy Heaven
all my dreams I'll satisfy
Coookies, coookies, coookies!
piled on
kitchen counters ~ doggy high!!!

~ Connie ~

Money will buy you a pretty good dog,
but it won't buy the wag of his tail.

I love those cookies too whether store bought or homemade. I never though to write a poem about them though. Love the photo, love animals and cookies too.

Connie...The picture is priceless, so is the doggie poem! Couldn't help but smile.

All I can say is "Woof! Rrrrr.... Bow wow!
I identify! Sounds like you do, too.
But if Corky were still here, she would tell
the big doggie: "Be thankful, Bud. I was a
little 6-pounder. Absolutely everything was out of reach."
And we thought she was such a good dog!

OK, you can use this pup if you promise to keep him on a leash.
Don't want him eating all the coookies!! :)

I can really use this pup if our Cookie Wars resume with the evil Cookie Queen. Can he be bribed - with a few scrumptious cookies, to join our pro cookie team?!

And that's a great quote at the end, Connie.

PS Thanks, Connie - and what a great picture! Now I need another cookie!
