Our Lord works in mysterious ways. Some times things in life happen for a reason.
My soul seems so hollow, it
once was satans, only borrowed.
I lived in sin every day,
destroying lives along the way.
Now,, I'm locked away. My eyes
have opened wide. I took a look
at myself, hated what was inside.
So, I changed,with help from
I can't change what I did,and
I'm paying a price.
I'd rather be in prison, than
who I was before. I was
living in hell, chasing a buzz.
It's A brand new day, a new
chance in life, Thanks to...
Jesus Christ and his sacrafice.

|How sweet to read of a life changed by Jesus Christ. Even though George is still in prison, his spirit is new and free!
And how sweet that you are his voice on Authors' Den.
His poems can have an impact that most of us cannot attain.

Your young friend has found a voice through you. You are so nice and caring to have posted all these for him - with his permission.
These are all poems of raw feelings from his heart and soul. I think by speaking it out had helped him to heal what was the sin inside of him. Young people do deserve to be helped and be given a second chance in life. I hope your young friend does get his second chance to become a fine young man when he gets out of prison.
I'm moved by all his poems. He needs to gather up all his poems to make a poetry book for himself in the future.
I wish him all the best of lucks!!!!!
