Some men were placed upon the planet to minister without preaching my Baba is one. |

Another case of history repeating itself. It started with the my Native American/Indians ancestors It would seem that we should have learned from their errors. They were given fire water and guns and immediately they turned them upon themselves. Leaving one of the real perpetrators standing by as an innocent spectator. Many, many moons later the same plot is still working
A once spiritual people are destroyed gone is their compassion And they are now placed on the endangered species list. Taking the poison without thinking, killing each other without thought. Disrespecting himself, his woman and the laws of the one God that he once honored. Despite all of the contributions made by his true forefathers he has become academically lazy, and a worshipper of material Gods, Gold, rocks, Nikes, cars and other tangibles.
There is a way back he must go back to this spiritual roots. Imitation of the spectator has and always will lead to death. Young brothers and sisters there is nothing more we can do for our fallen brothers The master has taken their names out of the files of life. I stand here before you doing what is expected of me as a spiritual big brother Pleading to you. Let’s turn around and go back to our rightful positions in life through love of God, Self, and Family. It can be done. Let’s do it.

Man is made up of two components: One is spiritual the other is material. Now we see that man has totally shifted to the material side of his being leaving forgetting that there is a Creator who had endowed him with this most precious commodity which is LIFE, breathed a soul into him made him physically erect and has provided him all his needs if he wisely uses the intelligence he was provided with. Man does not know that he is accountable to God and to nobody else when he finishes his contract on this material world.

This composition ~meditation on our times~ does prod the wings of imagination on utopia and dystopia, and strikes this reader with light of justice.
"At A Funeral A man Speaks Written for Him (my Baba)"... I listened to You, Poet, and have learned one more lesson of wisdom and humanity.
Long healthy productive life, Poet.
In admiration,

I wonder.
I am surrounded by reservations. The crimes are horrific both on and off the reservation, by Indian and non-Indian. There is an element of all societies that never gets with the program and cleans up their act. It reminds me of your last poem. They are tired too. Or is it there is just more reporting?
It also reminds me of a project by Ted Turner years ago, where he was going to only report "good news". The project failed. He couldn't find any.
It begins in the home. And when you have fundamentalists in government preaching how moral they are and how immoral "you" aren't if you don't follow their drumming, then see the corruption under the pious posturing, you wonder who is kidding who. Unfortunately, it all goes back to the home and what has entered the thinking and the teaching of the young. Therein is the model for behavior. A very sad commentary on the times. The only way to stop the mess of this kind of rabid thinking, is to stop the breeding until people shape up.
It'll never happen.
