These days all I feel is the weight of you leaving that day
My heart is heavy making Monday difficult to breathe
She is always far away, always on my mind
1000 days have gone and passed still these feelings for you are alive
What is it that preserves them?
Most things in life never last to see the light of day
But this love for you that's in my heart won't seem to fade away.
So I entertain you when ever you appear, and when you're gone
I wonder if I'll ever see you again.

Such dedication, the poet's soul revealed, that second line is great, i think it would make the great title and subject of a poem in itself. Glad to read you again.
