You're right, I am a child--screaming at the wall. You're begging me to let go the inconsequential to make room for you so tell me what is inconsequential?

If you throw me off my high horse it is only to replace me with you. But you can't do it because there is no horse. Your tears last night told me you know this despite your neatly-formulated present protests to the contrary.

I am angry, yes. That is my cross to bear and it has nothing to do with you. I'll work through it, no worries there. But what happens when I do and you're still struggling with your ego-bound bullshit, riding the rollercoaster of highs and lows willfully blindfolded?

If one understands and whispers the mechanism of the coaster and the other refuses to even hear it preferring to ride despite the constant vomitting, how can there be communication? How can there be relationship?

This is as consequential as the very word "us." We right now in this encapsulate the question of what happens to humanity next. You may think this sounds lofty or self-agrandizing but it is not that. Search yourself and stop listening to me wholly. Stop listening to everyone. All of humanity is in you, factually, NOT as a concept.

You think I don't hear you but I'm tellin' ya: been there; done that. I DO hear you loud and clear. This is not an argument to be won by the highest intellect. It's not about smart/dumb, it's about full/empty or deep/shallow. Again, NOT intellectually, for what is intellect but capacity?

No, I'm talking spiritually, holistically. It's the analogy of the ocean: whether you're at the deep end or the shallow end you are ocean. Humanity is one ocean and so there's no right or wrong in this equation, just how richly one wishes to experience life.

Open yourself to this and then I can tell you why I'm perpetually angry and sad and fearful. Maybe I won't even need to....
