When a spiritual battle breaks forth, God's army is called to the front.
Soldiers of Christ, united in purpose, stand ready to support one another in our needs and fight our mutual enemy in the Name of Jesus Christ. |

BATTLE CRY!
Dear Lord,
I'm a simple woman; my faith is simple, too,
tiny like a mustard seed -- so feeble, yet it grew
when planted in a simple heart
and watered by Your Word;
in a barren and embattled world,
You've nurtured it, Dear Lord.
When faced with trials of fire,
attacked by hostile bands,
my meager faith assaulted, I trust in Your commands.
Your servants join the battle,
confident courage abounds;
ready with spiritual weapons,
the counter-attack resounds!
Though what to say and how to pray
escapes my weary mind,
weak, I cry out to my Captain
'till the darkness falls behind.
When double-edged swords are flashing
and warriors fight on their knees,
what recourse has the enemy?
His battle is lost -- he flees!
And as for me, Sweet Jesus,
my pounding heart now at rest,
the battlefield is quiet -- You've led me through the test.
The mustard seed is planted
in a prime and fertile field;
As fellow soldiers join in the fray,
Your love brings forth its yield!
--"Though one may be overpowered,
two can defend themselves;
a cord of three strands
is not quickly broken."
Ecclesiastes 4:12 KJV
"I'm so glad I'm a part of the family of God....."
(from the song, "Family of God," by Bill Gaither)
"For the Word of God is quick and powerful,
sharper than any two-edged sword."
Hebrews 4:12 KJV

| How many enemies do we have? We have our innerselves, the world and the fallen angels who are worst of all. You need to be a full time warrior to be victoriuos. Victor |
