Trapped

Ever felt helpless
Your body a cage

Wanting to get out
But trapped

Scratching at your soul
Clawing this pain

Yearning for freedom
from within
Body aches

My mind telling me~Give up
My heart want let me
Every sound whispering
your name

Fighting this battle
Survival a challenge

To give up~Impossible
To hope~Probable

To have happiness~Maybe
To heal~Time
To live~

Trapped~

We are our heart's keeper and we tend to dwell too long on the parts of someone elses heart that we have no control over. This is sad.

Michael, I believe most adults that live upon this earth have felt trapped in some way or another but the way for existence is to know, that you know, you control the reins of your soul and you can get relief. This says a lot!
