A Moment in Time

You will know when
things change
directing life to
a different path
where you will begin to
live within new rules
and help make the rules

Your moment in time
when life takes on
a fresh meaning
is assured
as you ask
will I know the signs
before they come

Stay open to change
or it may zip by with
your thinking old hat
so be ready to
recognize the different
as your very own
moment in time

People seems to live for the day without stopping a second to reflect what yesterday was all about or what they have planned for tomorrow so it not be another wasted time that they would regret.
Some make rules, others follow them and a few adventurous broke them as an statement...all of it I read between your lines.
Profound and neat writing Bill.

I keep reading this over and over again..perhaps because I'm slow to accept change and need to be prodded, perhaps just to believe in myself in the revelation of change and to allow myself to recognize the signs. But once embraced, even fleeting change is always worth the risk. Moments are precious...I am learning to savor every one.

Thought provoking indeed my friend...enjoyed this, I had a boss once who required each of us to post above our desks a sign that read...CHANGE IS GOOD! He was right! Change is good....

I sure hope you're right, Bill. Interesting thoughts to hold onto and think about. Well done.
