This is what happens when you are strict and relentless in leaving other people's dogs alone!

She stared silently,
Begging to be set free.
I can't.
I wouldn't.
The little dog whined,
Eyes pleading.
Can't.
Shan't.
Her chain was pulling,
Yanking her back.
Wouldn't!
Couldn't!
Her chance is gone,
In the knackers truck.
