A few words more over the same theme about "a little boy" from a previous work.
After reading a few lines by other fellow authors, my heart aches at the cruelty bestowed on some children, because it makes me remember of another one, the little kid trying to escape into fantasy out of his cold reaality.

Many things I could do,
if I were a little kid that is...
run and embrace everybody
or climb to the top of a tree.

Pursue the winds around,
if I were a little kid that is...
to everycorner of the garden
and laughinly, give them a kiss.

Throw questions and questions,
if I were a little kid that is...
and no wait for answers but,
with more questions my head fill.

Dangerous seas to be crossed,
if I were a little kid that is...
travel in search of lost treasures
only known to Barbanegra or Captain Kidd.

In shining armor on a white horse,
if I were a little kid that is...
slain with my sword the dragon guarding
a princess that's hold captive.

Many things I could do,
if I were a little kid that is...
like having a friend
who wanted to play with me.

Oh to be little and cruly treated in any form is a terrible reality that happens way to often this one is powerful George. THANK YOU!

Your poem reminds me of why I don't mind it when others tell me that I "never grew up." Thank you, Georg. Love and peace to you,

Excellent thoughts here, Georg...the pure innocence of a child should be left, to explore, surrounding all the joys from it, loving parents to enhance their imaginations!
I enjoyed this !

EVERYONE WITH A HEART FILLED WITH LOVE CAN LIVE A KID WITHIN...

"A little kid" flows wisely on its way to wisdom... If the reader ponders,
and reads it again, the kid will play with him.

Gratefully,

This one is so sweet, Georg! We should all be little kids as often as we can. Yes!
