Celestial Beauty

I looked for the moon tonite,

and saw it glowing

in your hair

The stars were in your eyes,

glittering

as I gazed upon them

Your smile always

as the sun,

beaming with radiant warmth

The Milky Way,

delicate and soft

as your skin

Gossimer wings of angels

gently carrying you to me

The Heavens may hold magic,

for some who gaze upon;

but the celestial beauty of you

greets me each and every dawn.
