I reposted this  Tinka Challenge  because of the Georg Mateos "Insulting a Poet"about  anonymous emails slamming poets. When I first posted this piece I got an anonymous email asking " what would a slut like you who writes dirty porn poems know about God." I ignored it since I knew the person had to be an ignorant  pathetic fool who knows nothing about either love or God.

~*~

Addicted~to the one who gave
me the strength to be a
Bold ~unfinished blueprint who
comes from New Jersey, a
Cosmic~traveller feeling at home
among the stars, a
Devotee~of all the arts especially music, literature, painting
Evolved~into an unknown entity
thanks to the love
From~A Creator who will finish
what He has begun for
God~is the author and finisher
of my faith, and only He is
Holy~so that I know it is His
spirit that guides me to His
Intentions~that brought me
through all my tribulations now
Justified~having received by grace
His wisdom to seek
Knowledge~of the world, but to live
 in His peace under His
Largesse ~I am able to enjoy love
nature ,and all the  beauty the
Maker~has blessed us with, the
sunrises, sunsets ,and all
Natural~beauty of things that
cannot be purchased,so I am
Optimistic~knowing this life is
temporary, the eternal one is
Potentially~the place we will secure
all of our dreams in the
Quintessential~realms of a merciful
forgiving and loving
Redeemer~who paid for it all, and
made me a friend so I'm
Serene~knowing where I am going
living in joy and hope
Thankful~for my parents and siblings
who are part of my
Understanding~of who I am and why
I appreciate the
Value ~of attaining my greatest success which is to know God
Wisdom~enough to trust Him for  why
I'm here though I am
Xenophile~ yes foreign like because my real home is in heaven
Yet~I'm still tempted by  the exotic
delicacies of earth so
Zestful~methinks I must taste of the fruits,
and "I am" :)

Keep writing!

I agree with everything that has been said.
Your strength(s) are admirable. Religion and spirituality are two different mindsets. Religion has done more to destroy people's belief in a loving Creator than all the vice in the world.

Dear Queen your strength, clairvoyance and understanding of the creator's powers is extremely magnificent and far exceeds the limits of ordinary poets. In our culture we have a proverb which says: Squirrels go behind seeds which are buried in damp soils because they see the footprint of the farmer. Likewise losers like to bite successful people at the back because, in them, they see a glaring toughness. God Bless You Queen

This was a mind searching write and I'm glad you thought to repost it. Those who judge as this person did. Reminds me of my very "religious" righteous family who looked down on this wild child who was the first in a catholic family to seek a divorce. Not all condemned me in words. yet in the many years that followed the second divorce wasn't really looked all that great upon.

Yet down the road when each one of then who were the greatest judges had real reasons to divorce it somehow no longer was the sin I had commited. Go figure..Lady J

This is lovely Eileen, You are one of the most wonderful persons I know, and your talent is so outstanding. Who ever wrote such a terrible and childish email could only have been jealous of your talent as an author and an artist. I love your poetry, always have,

Eileen, this piece is great! Thank you for reposting this one, as I have not read it. Feel sad for whoever is doing this, very childish behavor and very cowardly for not saying who they are.

Be safe,
Karen

Eileen this is an outstanding write filled with moral thoughts, powerful insights and wisdoms. Hearts go out to you would have to agree with you."I ignored it since I knew the person had to be an ignorant pathetic fool who knows nothing about either love or God."
Yes, as professional one cannot allow themselves to be hindered in any manner by the nonsense of another be it because of jealousy, or etc...who really knows why people utilize valuable time scratching out disrespectful correspondence to another. Most importantly is the fact that you continue to carry out your missions and are truly living in your blessings!
Not to mention you surely seem to be a positive, warm, and caring individual stay blessed dearie.

Sincerely,
From the Heart of an Artist Quiet Storm

A great write my friend...and remember no one knows the heart of another, only ourself and God! What kind of person would say such a harsh and cold thing to another, seems they are the one who might need to self examine. Write on dear friend, this was inspiring and uplifting offering. One that creates many thoughts of my own beliefs and testimonies of faith and God's grace in my life! A very powerful write, again inspiring! Enjoyed!

How can anyone not like you?? You are one of the best poets here. They're only jealous, but as for me, I am in awe of you. You are a wonder, a marvel, a mentor to look up to. Thank you. God bless and keep. on. WRITING!!

Eileen,

Shame on them; you are one of the most beautiful Lights here. To deliberately spread hate (anonymously, yet) shows their true character. Please keep writing; I am blessed to read your words; the Den is a richer place for you being here. An excellent response to Tinka's challenge, very well penned.

(((HUGS))) and love, Karla.

Excellent Sugar Chum. Clever and creative! I can' hardly believe that someone would be so crude as to send a message like that to you. It's a good thing that they hide in virtual worm holes.

Thanks for the repost, Eileen...I am one of those poets who is slammed repetitiously for my religion of Wicca and my lesbian sexuality in emails and blatantly on Authors Den...professional authors are professional for a reason...we get to the top because we work hard...wannabe poets are a dime a dozen here...perfect your craft before you post...and remember that diversity builds strength and character...jealousy, prejudice, and rivalry will come back and bite you, don't think it won't...false faces and deception are the devil's ugly tools in this world...
