Lie Back and Think of England
by Anthony (Tony) Sharp

This is my third published book which is a late "period piece" set in England at a time when the population was predominantly white. Fred Pike's horrendous dream heralds..

Have you ever seen the Northern Lights?

A Call Of The Wild
By Barbara Lynn Terry

I looked up at the northern sky in wonderous awe,
and saw a shiny ribbon running so wild, like a shiny wave,
that I sat there and watched so well behaved,
in the mid January winter's thaw.

The northern lights are a spectacle to see,
so beautiful, they dress the sky with beauty and glee,
that there have been songs written and sung,
as in the dark northern sky they hung,
like a banner without writing, that speaks to us all,
that even in the heavens there is a call,
from the shiny ribbon so mild,
a call of the wild.

You remind of my childhood in northern Alberta when these lovely ghostly lights would grace the winter sky so often. Here, near the B.C. Coast and much further south, they are a very rare happening. Thank you, Barbie. Love and peace to you,

Regis
