artwork in felt pen "Girl in Blue"
by Amor Sabor

Girl with Neon Eyes

She saw me through a neon prism
while reciting her own visions of love
while I, on the other side of waiting
was unaware that I lay within her eye

She approached in the form of ether
that rendered me in a subtle shade
reminiscent of a serene indifference
while every atom in my body cried

She transformed her refined affection
through vibrations that awoke my soul
with every sentient fiber of her being
directed towards each beat of my heart

She appeared within the midnight hour
to release me from the grasp of dream
leaving me speechless in her beauty
obvious even in the absence of light

She called me from the wispy shadows
where she lingered at the edge of night
waiting there for some kind of answer
that would impel me to be by her side

The girl with neon eyes approached me
that kissed me from far angles of illusion
that swayed me to the arch of the wind
tracing my heart with her dainty fingers

Causing me to sail headlong into her soul
and I had no alternate choice but comply
to the warm spirit of her ultimate obsession
and submit to the intimate reverence of light

Amor:

You are so talented! I had also tried to use felt-pen to draw too in the past, but the painting didn't come out good. It is very difficult to draw in felt-pen, but you have done a wonderful job with this painting.

Lovely work of art and poem!!! I loved them both!!!

I enjoyed this Amor, it's dreamy and the refrence
to light is reverant for sure. I was caught by the
title also. It's mystical and dreamlike. Great!
Also the art is great.

It is a compliment when someone traps your person inside their eyelids. Your words are grateful for the chance to dance inside another's glance. It is music, passion and art.
