About the

A little boy

A Little boy with big green eyes
sits on the dirt and cries.

Remembers life before they came
and how it will never be the same.

Everything is destroyed he has no home
everybody is gone, he's all alone.

The bells in Jeruslaem begin to toll
the sound piercing through his fragile soul.

As he walks into a crowded street
he feels the pain and sweltering heat.

Remembers all the pain he has felt
as he straps on a bulky belt.

His heart slowly breaks
with every step he takes.

Revenge sings its sweet melody in his ear
when it comes to this there is no fear.

Closes his eyes, takes one last breath
Embraces his fate and nearing death.

He's another victim in this never ending war
he's another child with nothing to live for.

The people scream, they run and hide
Cursing the child who just died

Blame his religion, just put this in the vault.
Dont let them know it was the soldeirs fault.

Let's pretend like we want some peace
So the "terrorists" and criticism will cease.

Pretend we didnt torture his mother
or put the bullet in his baby brother.

His soul rising into the sky
he looks back waving goodbye.

The little boy whose story spread miles
looks down from heaven and smiles.
