Tired so tired
Of jumping through
The hoops
My doctor after
Eight years
Will no longer see me
The county hospital closed
Now over half the doctors
Were not contracted
Many in the medical profession
Left to do something else
Or leave town
My Psychologist
Thank God
Will still see me
A bright light
In this insanity
Have an appoinntment
Next week with someone new
After eight years or more
The thought not very apealing
But what choose do I have.
I can't play around
My health is not a game
Living with a Neuromuscular Disoder
Requires constant care
But I pray that this
Doctor is one who will listen to me
Who does not just brush me off
Runte was never that way
Always heard what I had to say.

Hope it works out! I know the feeling my doctor of many years left very recently, who knows why! But, I'm trying to get established with a new doctor as well. My first visit was Tuesday, seemed okay. My second visit will be in two weeks...so far so good! Wishing you the best!
Blessings,

Michelle, I agree with Karla. If we had millions, we would have been in a private hospital, having one test after another done, until they could find how to cure what ails us. Neuromuscular disorders are nothing to fool with, and when the county, city, or state close a medical facility, they have no care about those that are ill or suffering. Our county hopsital here was a good hospital, but then it became Doyne, and now Froedert Lutheran Memorial Hospital, and the services there have gone into a choosy disposition. Hugs and prayers for you Michelle, you have powerfully penned a most and very sad crime against those of us who need medical care. Thank you for sharing, and maybe a few doctors have read this ... I hope.
May the Lord Jesus bless you, and those whom you love, and be with you always, and at your side constantly. With much love in my heart, joy tothe world, peace on earth, & ((((((((((MANY WONDERFUL SISTERLY HUGGGGSSSS)))))))))), your sister, Barbie |

(((Michelle))),
The rich get richer, the poor get poorer; the well fed get selfish, the hungry starve; the healthy get meaner and the sick get sicker (and die for lack of compassion). Sad. You're in my thoughts and prayers, Michelle, powerfully, sadly penned crime against the less fortunate.
(((HUGS))) and love, Karla. |
