KISSING FISH

Two troublemakers
seem to challenge the rest
to a kissing contest.

Suddenly - in like Flynn -
the chief troublemaker
plants a smacker on his victim
and she doesn't pull away: Gobsmacked!
the word bubble seems to say.

KISING FISH

His pouting lip
and quivering fin
tell her he's in
like Flynn.

... and I dare you to try this when you visit your next goldfish bowl of plate glass and steel construction... usually a finance building or a place in the business quarter. Should see your chances of a loan go up. And I shall think twice at what the fish are up to when I spot the bubbles surfacing on my river. Still waters of fishy emotions sure do run deep... Observed with your wry wit and through your artful fisheye lens as ever, Ken.
