YOU said it LOUD and CLEAR!
Made me more aware!
I felt it LOUD and Clear!
Thank you for sharing your open and giving heart!
Once! when I was badly beaten - I went to work *(had to walk 2 1/2 miles over here to the other town! and when I showed up, didn't have to say much, a male friend (kind and caring like yourself) waited on our side steps (as my soon EX) was beaten and kicked and told to fight someone of his own kind, they kicked him clear across to the back of the school, then I remember seeing the Ambul. show up,That night was a powerful presence of a Person who really cared! and your poem made me more aware! He got #4 ribs broken and their was a lot of yelling/etc. I stayed positive, he did what I could NOT! I told him~
I was pushed up against a brick wall (our home had 1/2 brick going up) and was badly bruised (my cheek and eye area)
Warmly, Warrior Lady Sheeeoox
STay Positiveeeeeeee!
THEY all get it one time or another!Thank God they do!!!
The patterns MUST BE BROKEN! MUSt BE BROKEN!!!!!!!!!! MUst BE BROKEN! |

| GRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR.... you tell 'em, Tiger! Men who can't treat women with love, respect and courtesy have serious issues that they need facing up to. Probably a "real man" would turn them to pulp. Perhaps these guys had a bad relationship experience of BOTH parents/sexes when they were little. Passing the shite along down the line to anyone whose physical or even mental strength does not match your own is the worst form of bullying... and women can be as bad, in their way... usually not physically, though. This makes me want to run on pitch with my physio sports' bag to pat my Hero on the back and attend his minor scratches from the fray! WTG, Champ! Kate xx |

And, you are a man Felix, to take a stand in any form against abuse.
Thank you writing this and making us think about these abuses and, hopefully, somewhere, sometime, one of us can intercede and prevent this from happening ro someone else.
My hat off to you as I stand to applaud.
My very best to you this day.

"... But let me tell you what I see
You’ve got a long way to go boy
Before you’ll be a man to me!"
Chronological age does NOT make a man. Haven't they figured it out that to be a MAN means to have a heart, to love, to show kindness, to be someone that your son aspires to be - not someone who is loathed and despised.
Fee, well said!

Felix I know and feel what you have written in your words. It is terrible how many young men think they can say and do just what they want, little do they know you have to earn respect in this world and their way only tell me they are cowards and will only stand up to a woman or child. Thank you for sharing.

Thank you, (((Fee))), for speaking for the voiceless. Any person, man or woman who abuses a child, especially molests, ceases to be human in my eyes. I wouldn't insult an animal by comparing them to one. They ought to have their ***** cut off, as well as arms, legs and tongue, let 'em wallow 'round on the ground, anyone walking by could just kick the poo out of 'em. They get off too danged easy...thank you for penning this one.
(((HUGS))) and love, Karla. |
