In the dark aura of
Lingering comradeship, when
The axe has fallen but not yet severed,
The Sun keeps me centered,
Anchored in my form…

The gloom encloses my thoughts -
Those inky black fragments -
Our separation silent and damp as the crypt,
The distance and diversion…
Is this fate? Weave the web,

Silken spider, weave the web of desire,
Let the night fall, let it fall,
Let it drift over the water of this liaison,
Let it crush the gossamer lattice,

Wounded inspiration -
The dark side of the Moon trembles,
Yet I survive…my hope,
Gaia’s pulsating rhythm, her heartbeat mine,
Arms and face lifted to the rays,

This is surrender,
To your web, to the Moirae’s thread…

Interesting metaphor. I like the mystical flavor of this one. Nice work.
