Edvard Darling Save The LAST Dance For Me

Ancient Evil

oh long ago, so very long ago
we danced all night together
darling do you remember
those delicate love bites
the trickle of blood
down your neck
your chest

and do you remember the way

up, down like a lazy python
tasting you, teasing you
taking you, your soul
so deeply into mine
the pain and the

a sinister contest of our two iron wills
test of all our dark immortal strength
which of us do you think shall drink
and who of us shall comply?
you would willingly die
for the red hellfire
of my touch, my

So let the band play and music take us away
to those dark ancient nights once again
in comparison none of mortal men
have ever satisfied my thirst
will you be a true gentleman
and offer a lady a drink
red sangria please
not pink...

I truly hope old Edvard can keep up; he's got a full dance card already, but I'll make sure you get the last dance. And I'll give him some of my ancient Wolf medicine and a few bloody flies! (Don't tell the Jersey Devil.)

A most intriguing Halloween poem, La Belle. I stopped by to visit you and drink some raspberry tea and eat a sconce or two. You are such a poetess supreme! Ta-ta! I've enjoyed this very much. Love and more love, ~Lady Capri~
