Ever wonder what it will be like
As you stand at the gate
Awaiting your fate

Pass or fail
It’s the end of life’s trail
As memories become undone

Life’s projector starts the show
You wonder, where did my life go
Was that really me I see

How could I have been so cruel
What a numbskull
Wow, now that is something I should have done more of

Share God’s love
Take time to smell the flowers’ fragrance
Oh, on that issue I should’ve taken a stance

Should have taken more time for romance
I thought I had done so well
Sure hope I’m not going to hell

St. Peter’s reply to my thoughts of hell
“On evil did you never dwell,
Your faith and trust in God
Kept you focused when others guffawed.
Now, enter into God’s kingdom and
Be reunited with those from your homeland”

I hope this really happens for you
And for me
Enjoying God's goodness
After we've completed life’s journey

Thank you Kathy and I will repeat myself, I will leave this world with no regrets,at the end of my time here on earth I expect a welcomming party as St. Peter opens the gates to the arms of so many gone before me. I am no saint but I am a good person. Thanks.

beautiful write Kathy
for those non believers
Your passing in review await you
and it will be there at the end
so say some folks who had found themselves
At the razor's edge of that "Gate"
and returned to talk about it.

Love & Peace be with you

Oh, the fear of judgement day. By then we can do nothing about it. It is only here we can edit that tape and change the final projector's view.

Big brother is watching.
